​The UN-300S Automatic Bakery Flow wrap Machine is a state-of-the-art flow wrapping machine that has many features and is great for wrapping things like cup cakes, cookies, cakes, and other bakery items. 


This bakery flow wrap machine is built sturdy and reliable with the following features.

① feeding product: to feed the products manually or automatically by additional feeder, or directly connect the packing machine with production line.
② Conveying product: machine will convey the products by pushers of the chain.
③ Deliver film: to let the packing film run into the bag former smoothly.
④ Date printing: to print the dates information by additional printer device. Ink roll printer is standard option, Thermal Transfer Over printer (TTO) is also available.
⑤ Tracking mark: to track the film’s color marks by a sensor and let the machine cut the correct bag length.
⑥ Bag forming: to form the film into a bag by the bag former. It’s adjustable to fit for different product sizes.
⑦ Vertical sealing: to clamp and seal.
⑧ Cutting and sealing: to seal the end sealing and cut the bag. Can make round hole or euro hole on the package.
⑨ Nitrogen injection(optional): can connect with the nitrogen kit and inject the gas into the bag.
⑩ Output conveyor: convey the finished packages.
